Adrian oversees all aspects of every project step by step starting from identification, sourcing and evaluation of deals, investor and lender relations, construction management, general investment strategy planning, due diligence, evaluation modeling utilizing the company’s proprietary model and is closely involved with the processing and closing of transactions. 

Prior to entering the real estate market full time, Adrian practiced as a Financial Securities Analyst at Morgan Stanley and Seymour Pierce Ltd. (now Cantor Fitzgerald) in London, UK and Newport beach, CA. Conducting operational evaluation modeling, marketing and sales of investment portfolios to high valued private clients. Adrian possesses a degree in Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelors of Science in Finance and econometrics from London Business School, England. UK, where he graduated top tier in his class year.
